Dashboard Views

After logging into Timetable 2.0, you will be presented with a Dashboard. From here you can select the School overview or School day view. The dashboards can also be found by clicking on ‘Dashboard’ from the menu at the top of the screen.

The School Overview displays a high-level summary of your organisation’s data, including totals for Students, Teachers, Classes and Lessons, alongside four dynamic charts showing:

  • Top 10 Teachers’ workload balance for the current month

- Displays the distribution of assigned lessons versus contract hours for the current month. It helps identify staff who may be over-capacity or under-utilised.

  • Total lessons covered in the academic year

- A cumulative count of all scheduled lessons across the current academic year. This provides a snapshot of the total teaching volume delivered to date.

  • Top 10 teachers’ availability (teaching time and PPA)

- A visual comparison of Teaching Time versus PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time. This highlights which staff members have the most flexibility for additional cover or meetings.

  • Room availability by room name, weekly lessons and utilisation

- Listed by room name, this chart tracks weekly lessons against the room's total capacity. It calculates a percentage score to show how efficiently your physical space is being used.

The School Day view provides a granular, real-time breakdown of your timetable for the current date, allowing for quick adjustments and daily monitoring

All charts are automatically updated to reflect the changes to your data
