Getting started:
- Click New Draft.
- Enter a name for your timetable.
- Select the academic year for the draft.
- Define the structure of your week (each day follows the same pattern).
- Enter your term dates and any non-teaching periods.
Term dates
- Add the start and end date for each term. Include half-term breaks if required.
Non-teaching days
- Add any dates when the school is closed to students (for example, bank holidays or INSET days).
Set up your school day
Configure the structure of each day by defining:
- Start and end time
- Registration
- Lunch
- Breaks
Any remaining time is automatically available as teaching periods, where lessons can be placed.
